Right of withdrawal
Digital content has its own rules. Here they are in full — and what you confirm when you buy.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise this right you must inform us by a clear statement — an email will do. To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your message before the period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day we receive your notice.
We will use the same means of payment you used for the original purchase — normally the card charged through Stripe. You will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.
When the right expires early
For contracts supplying digital content not on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performance, provided you expressly consented to us beginning before the withdrawal period ended and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal by giving that consent.
That is exactly the consent we ask for with a checkbox before the purchase. Access to the app is unlocked immediately after payment.
Separately: 7 days, money back
On top of the statutory right of withdrawal we make a voluntary promise: if NoBuzz doesn't help you, write one line to our address within seven days of buying and you get the full amount back. No form, no reason needed.
This promise does not limit your statutory rights — it comes in addition to them.
